2022 CASL-SAAPRI Social Determinants of Health (SDoH) Survey

2022 CASL-SAAPRI Social Determinants of Health (SDoH) Survey

Throughout the summer of 2022, SAAPRI partnered with the Chinese American Service League (CASL) to run a survey about social determinants of health (SDoH) impacting the South Asian American community. The survey findings enable SAAPRI to better tailor our advocacy and policy efforts to address SDoH issues most relevant to our community. Our findings also contributed to a wider study by CASL which will vastly increase the publicly available data about SDoH across the range of AAPI communities.

As part of the effort to reach a broad range of survey respondents, the SAAPRI team came together on multiple occasions to survey South Asian Americans in the local community, including but not limited to those instances pictured above.
